Dive Portal DVD Magazine Released June 14, 2006

John Chatterton and Richie Kohler, stars of the Shadow Divers and Deep Sea Detectives TV Shows, have released a Diving magazine on DVD.

The first issue of the magazine is out now and covers diving in a number of destinations;

For this first Issue, they visit one of their favorite Pacific dive destinations, Palau. Somewhat less in the mainstream is their technical rebreather dive to the bottom of the Blue Hole in Belize. They also visit Key Largo and the training ground for our NASA astronauts, the Aquarius Habitat. Winter is the season for scallops in Maine, and the guys go diving for dinner in Casco Bay, near John’s home. They also visit the Our World Underwater dive show in Chicago, talk with Stan Waterman about his new book Sea Salt, and have a conversation with diving pioneer, Evelyn Dudas.

The press release says that the first issue is available from diveportaldvd.com for $20 plus shipping, but when I visited the purchase button didn’t work, so hopefully it will be available soon. (EDIT: The purchase button pops up a screen on your browser. I didn’t see it before)
